Our Warranty

Global Zen Life offers a 12-month warranty on regular price items purchased only on our website. Covered jewelry is warranted to the original purchaser against breakage or malfunction due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and in compliance with the care instructions on this site (please see the "Jewelry Care" section of our site). We will repair, or at our option, replace warranted jewelry with the same or a comparable item. Warranty repairs require an original receipt or proof of purchase. Please email contact@globalzenlife.com to request warranty repairs. Be sure to include the name of the original purchaser, the item(s) purchased, the date of purchase, and the price paid. For warranty assistance, the original item must be returned to us. Global Zen Life is not responsible for items that are lost in whole or in part.
