Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to request a return within 14 days of the date you received your order for a refund, exchange, or credit. Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items and charity items cannot be refunded. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all enclosed materials. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please email us at within 14 days of the date you received your order with your name, the date and amount of your original purchase, the reason for your return, and whether you would like a refund, exchange, or credit. Please be sure to state "return request" in your message heading. If your return was a gift, please include the gift giver’s full name or email address. If your return is eligible, we will send you a confirmation email authorizing your return, along with further instructions. 

Items authorized for return must be shipped at your expense (unless your item arrived damaged or we shipped you the wrong item) within 7 days of authorization. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for return items that are damaged or not received. 

Once we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for your refund to be processed. A refund can only be sent to the original payment method; if you no longer have access to that payment method, you will need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is issued. Returns that arrive damaged, are sent without a  return authorization, or are shipped more than 7 days after the issuance of a return authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense. 

If returning for credit, a Global Zen Life online code will be emailed to you in the amount of the item(s) returned.
